Sanjin Cvetkovic’s vancouver-properties.ca : a do-it-yourself website with myRealPage

Sanjin Cvetkovic is a REALTOR® in the Greater Vancouver real estate with CENTURY 21®. Sanjin developed his website using a slew of online resources to completely overhaul the look and feel of his stock myRealPage website template. Sanjin is definitely a very tech-savvy REALTOR®, but the fact that he did all this website work without contacting our office or technical department for any help, is the testament to the flexibility of myRealPage website and listing platform that is completely open to every user.

However, Sanjin didn’t stop at his regular website. He created a mobile version of his website (http://mobile.vancouver-properties.ca), well optimized for the iPhone. Not only did he blaze his own trail, he actually helped us discover a new, flexible method to host these kinds of mobile sites without needing to create separate accounts; thank you, Sanjin, for that!

Live At Simon Fraser (LiveAtSimonFraser.com) is now live at myRealPage

We are very pleased to feature LiveAtSimonFraser.com, another custom-built website that has been implemented on myRealPage custom website and listing platform.

LiveAtSimonFraser.com was designed specifically for today's web-savvy real estate consumer. It is full of current, relevant, and unique area information, combined with a full suite of search tools and information that solve a number of challenges that buyers have when searching for property in the area. The heart of the site is the building section which mixes useful information about each building with professional photography, virtual tours, maps & ultimately listings, creating a fantastic "one-stop-shop" for the user. The goal when laying out the site was to organize all of the information that a potential SFU Condo buyer would be looking for, and develop a system so that it is all located within a "single click" from the homepage. A number of visual "map-based" search tools were combined with traditional menu-driven searches & listings showcases in order to appeal to a wider range of "user types". The site's goal is to continually engage the user on a number of different levels, while providing a fast, straightforward & predictive search experience.

We are happy to welcome Joe Fayner of http://www.joefayner.com to myRealPage. Joe is a veteran REALTOR®, specializing in Vancouver West Side, False Creek, and Kitsilano real estate. We helped Joe implement his look-and-feel vision for the website and we also managed the migration of his site to ensure that his SEO didn’t not suffer in the process. Joe also migrated and added a variety of Predefined Searches targeting the real estate locations and properties he specializes in: all at no additional charge as part of the regular myRealPage website+listings subscription.

myRealPage welcomes EquusEstates.com by Cheryl Dewson and Telf Maynard

We are very happy to welcome Cheryl Dewson’s and Telf Maynard’s www.EquusEstates.com, a website dedicated to buying and selling equestrian properties throughout BC. This very distinct website boasts a refined and unique look, custom designed by the good people at www.debruyndesign.com.

Cheryl and Telf decided to migrate this website to myRealPage from a different provider. However, they wanted to retain the look of the website while taking advantage of the many great features that myRealPage’s web and listing platform has to offer. We were able not only to quickly reproduce the entire template using myRealPage’s Custom Layout support, but also managed to sort out a slew of previously manual processes that are now either fully or almost fully automated using myRealPage tools.
