We have just introduced a series of new updates in response to the latest developments in the Social Media realm. As you may have heard, Google recently launched Google+ service for social media networking and even though it’s still very new, it has been getting a lot of traction. Along with this service, Google has also released +1 button for publishers to help people share useful links.
To help our clients take advantage of these new developments, and as an opportunity to update our products’ support of social media, we have introduced the following updates:
Support for Google+ profiles in your website(s)
Support for Google +1 button in your blog(s)
Support for Social Media sharing in your listings, including Google +1 button
Updated social media buttons’ look, as well as the “Tweet” button to use native Twitter interface without any 3rd parties
So how do you take advantage of these new features?
To add Google +1 button to your blog posts, simply find your Blog page and click to edit your Blog weblet. In the weblet configuration, you will be able to add Google +1 button as seen in the screenshot below:
We hope you will enjoy these new features as much as we enjoyed adding them. We are always eager to hear what you have to say, send us your comments to feedback@myrealpage.com
A little while ago, we introduced a new feature that made it very easy for your web visitors to signup and login into their Virtual Office Website (VOW) accounts using their Facebook profiles. Shortly after, we added support for Google/Gmail accounts and Yahoo ID. Today, we are very pleased to announce the support for Facebook, Google/Gmail and Yahoo ID in your mobile listings with myRealPage. It’s fairly obvious that any shortcut on a mobile device that reduces the amount of typing is of great value to your clients and leads. They will now be able to create a VOW account on your mobile listings by typing absolutely nothing and potentially only needing to click on a single checkbox that they agree to the “Terms and Conditions”; if you have any, that is.
Also remember, that this feature is available to you even if you are subscribed to Listings-Only service.
Make sure you enable your Facebook, Google and Yahoo ID logins in your Private Office; it’s easy:

We have published a few new features and updates that we wanted you to know about. We have posted full releases on our tech blog. Here are quick links for you:
MyRealPage has had Google Map oriented listings template for some time but now it has received an update in the way it looks and behaves. We wanted to make this template more usable and attractive and we also opened up more options for you to choose which template you would like shown for your listings.
Google Map canvas has been made to span the whole width of the template to give listings more room to show
The popup info windows' look-and-feel has been brought more in line with how they appear elsewhere in MyRealPage listing views; such as "Google Map Listing Searches", and "Find on Map". There is also an easy way to correlate the listings in the list, below the map, and the markers on the map.
It is now possible to set the "My Listings", "My Office Listings" and search results templates individually due to the update in the Private Office options. This way, you may choose to use Google Map oriented template for your listings, but regular templates for all searches in Reciprocity and Virtual Office Websites (VOW).
These new options are available at no extra charge to all Listings subscribers. We hope you and your web visitors will enjoy these new options and looks!
We have added a new feature to the Google Map Search in our listings product.
Now, in addition to seeing Listings that appear 48 hours in advance of MLS.ca, with 333% More Listing Information, your prospects can now see listings on an Interactive Google Map.
After performing a search, the prospect is given an option to "View Listings on Map". Listings will be displayed as markers on the map. When a marker is selected a popup balloon, with a Photo and Basic Listing Information is displayed. Full Listings details are available by selecting “Listing Details”.
