Chad Wozniak, an Abbotsford REALTOR® from Greater Vancouver area, has recently launched a new website www.callwoz.com. The website is built on WordPress platform by SplitMango, a Vancouver design studio whose work we have featured in the past. The website integrates myRealPage embeddable listings, which made it easy for Chad to include his listings, his office listings, full MLS® search, as well as a number of predefined searches (niche listing pages). The listings have also been customized via CSS to match the look and feel of the website better.
Do you already have a website? You can easily migrate and customize it on myRealPage platform, you can use myRealPage embeddable listings to add rich listing functionality to your existing website. If you are a proud owner of a WordPress website, check out our WordPress listings plugin.
We have just published a bunch of updates in our systems to give you more choices and better streamlined features when it comes to giving your listings the best online treatment possible. Please note, that these changes are available only in our Web Private Office; please fire up your Chrome, Safari, or Firefox and check it out if you haven’t yet: http://private-office.myrealpage.com
NEW DEDICATED SUPPORT FOR FLOOR PLANS
We now have a separate tab in the Listing Editor specifically for Floor Plans. Previously, you had to manage your Floor Plans through the Listing Documents which didn’t get proper visibility in the listing details views and one couldn’t look at the floor plans without downloading them. With the new Floor Plans tab, you can easily upload all your Floor Plans in one convenient location; and you can also customize the label for the dedicated tab and even enter an optional introduction text. In addition, if you upload PDF documents of your floor plans, they will be shown inside the page without the visitor needing to download them: less time spent fumbling with the documents and more on your listing page.

BETTER SUPPORT FOR RICH MEDIA (VIDEOS, VIRTUAL TOURS)
We have also streamlined how you add and manage your listings’ videos and virtual tours. Both are now combined into one list; and we have also added the ability for you to change their default tab label, as well as add an optional introduction text. You can also use this facility to change your “Videos | V.Tours” tab into something completely different, like a tab dedicated to the listing’s neighborhood, with its own text, pictures, and videos.

FINE-TUNING DIALOG FOR GOOGLE STREET VIEW
It is obvious that you would like your listing to have best possible presentation online. You can now use our integrated, convenient dialog to fine-tune how the Google Street View of your listing looks online. You can simply launch this dialog and use the standard Street View controls to zoom in, pan and rotate the view to get the best possible look of your listing. Our system will remember exactly what you have done and will apply it to the listing.

STANDALONE VIRTUAL TOUR (MEDIA) PAGE FOR YOUR LISTING
We have long offered a standalone media presentation for your listing which you can add to your listing’s information in the MLS® system. Many MLS® systems allow you to submit such external links to feature virtual tours, images, etc. We have modified this listing presentation to include Floor Plans support, better image gallery and more.

We are very excited to publish a great new feature in our Listings Module: a set of tools to quickly and easily create and publish all manner of listings on your Facebook Fan Page. A QUICK VIDEO TOUR
Take this new shiny tool for a spin: it’s slick and super easy to use! It will even let you create the Facebook Page right from the wizard.
We are very pleased to release a new addition to an extensive array of our website weblets (those little page components that act like building blocks for your website). This time, it’s “Location Search” weblet, designed for a super easy listing search based on a typed-in location.
This weblet is a great tool to engage your website visitors and get them to start experimenting and using your listing tools. It lets your visitors instantly see the listings they are looking for. All they need to do is simply type in the desired location, such as a city, neighborhood, postal/zip code or an MLS® number.
This weblet contains additional options. These will allow you to fine-tune the way this weblet looks and behaves. For example, you can configure this weblet to automatically search a particular property type, and you can add “Property Types” as an additional control to this form.
Want to see how easy it is to add Location Search weblet to your website, see this quick video:
As always, we would love to hear what you think; send us your thoughts to feedback@myrealpage.com
We hope you will enjoy using this great new weblet.
We are very pleased to release a complete re-work on our Listing Feature Sheets. The new feature sheets have been completely redesigned and rethought and brought in line with the rest of the new Private Office. Our main design goal was to have the feature sheets produce great-looking results out-of-the-box but also give you fine control over customizations and adjustments which are inevitable when dealing with printed material. As a result, the new feature sheets pack a powerful interactive editor and easy-to-use tools.
We have just introduced a series of new updates in response to the latest developments in the Social Media realm. As you may have heard, Google recently launched Google+ service for social media networking and even though it’s still very new, it has been getting a lot of traction. Along with this service, Google has also released +1 button for publishers to help people share useful links.
To help our clients take advantage of these new developments, and as an opportunity to update our products’ support of social media, we have introduced the following updates:
Support for Google+ profiles in your website(s)
Support for Google +1 button in your blog(s)
Support for Social Media sharing in your listings, including Google +1 button
Updated social media buttons’ look, as well as the “Tweet” button to use native Twitter interface without any 3rd parties
So how do you take advantage of these new features?
To add Google +1 button to your blog posts, simply find your Blog page and click to edit your Blog weblet. In the weblet configuration, you will be able to add Google +1 button as seen in the screenshot below:
We hope you will enjoy these new features as much as we enjoyed adding them. We are always eager to hear what you have to say, send us your comments to feedback@myrealpage.com
We have just released a few interesting updates for our Google Map Search targeted at making the search experience more fluid for your web visitors and more configurable for you. The new features include:
“Drag-and-search” on the Google Map Search: now when you pan around the map, it will automatically update with found listings in the displayed area. (To make this experience more logical, this works only if there are no painted areas within which the visitor chose to search).
Auto-show listings on the Google Map Search as soon as the form is shown. This feature can now be enabled from your Properties Pages Weblet (see screenshot further below) or in Embedded Listings codes, when configuring your listings for 3rd party websites. When enabled, this will automatically run the search and show the listings on the map when the form displays on your webpage.
Added a nifty “View as List” link to the map toolbar to make it easier to switch the map view to the list view without the need to click the “Search” button again.

Embeddable Listings and IDX is an advanced toolkit from myRealPage which allows you to embed a powerful Listing Search engine (IDX) and a fully featured Virtual Office Website (VOW) in a 3rd party website, such as WordPress, Joomla, or even if a website is with another real estate website provider that lacks these features. It has proven to be a flexible option for many who want to take advantage of myRealPage listing functionality but continue running their existing websites.
The new Embeddable Listings wizard is a veritable powerhouse of options now. If before, you had a limited set of embeddable listing scriptlets, now you can configure very exactly what sort of listing content you would like to embed, including:
Your listings, including custom categories, etc.
Predefined searches

An individual listing
A search form
You can also fine-tune how your listing content will appear by setting a theme, template, custom width and many other options.
