intro-full

Over the past few months we have been hard at work re-evaluating and re-thinking how you, our clients, use our products. We know that you love the features, the power, the flexibility, the price, the all-inclusiveness. But we also heard you when you told us that you wanted our tools to be simpler and easier to use, you wanted to get off the ground quicker and spend less time finding out how to do things and more time doing them. We decided that we needed a new Private Office, one that would be web-based, and truly deliver on the promise of “making simple things easy and difficult things possible”.

We are very pleased today to launch the first beta version of our new Private Office. The Private Office is now completely web based; it was designed from the ground up to use the exciting new web developments, such as HTML5; and we are looking forward to growing with the web and making new web technologies part of our tools. There are too many improvements, redesigns and features to enumerate in one list: we want you to dive in and re-discover the familiar ones and find the new ones. We will be covering them on our blog over the next while, so stay tuned!

All you have to do to get started is fire up Chrome or Firefox browser and login into your account at:

Wow guys! Congrats to Bill and the tech team at myRealPage, the new Private Office release looks fantastic. Being able to now manage property listings and custom searches simply from a website browser as well as a user-friendly interface for website management makes this truly a great tool for Realtors to manage everything they need. As a website designer, I am excited to create websites on the myRealPage platform and now the new Private Office manager really helps complete the total package.

Very nice and forward thinking... now if we could just get MLXchange to move away from ActiveX we would be Golden! Keep up the great work!

Way to go guys, always raising the bar for the competition as well as providing us realtors with a product we can be proud to offer our clients!

Next - a complete integrated lead management tool! :-) with this you would take over the market!!

Cheers!

I'm in the middle of building a new site and early on I switched to the new Private Office. There's no way I'm switching back. This is a great update! Nice work on making things much more usable!

As a service provider to owners with myRealPage websites, logging into as many as 10 different accounts daily, I think I can say for sure that this is a vast improvement. Well done MRP!

I have just started to switch to the new version of Private Office and it's totally confusing, I don't like having to change my web browser to Google Chrome. I am sure this is an improvement going to a web based system lol but it feels like you are re inventing the wheel I DO NOT LIKE IT

Hello Richard,

We understand having to use a new browser that you traditionally have not is far from ideal. Sadly though Internet Explorer continues to lag behind the current web browsing technology and as such currently the new Private Office does not work with even Internet Explorer 9.

We are optimistic this may change with Explorer 10.

Apologies you are finding the change less then desirable and do know we are here to help if there is anything you need a hand with.

Kye Grace
