Tony Fabiano was looking to refresh his website with a new look and feel that complimented his brand. With a new logo created, he wanted to start from the ground up and develop his real estate website with his brand colours.

Martin Mayer Productions explained they built Tony’s REALTOR® website on the myRealPage platform due to “ease-of-use for the client in the back-end, and a host of features we could implement on the front end. ”

The design uses the two shades of blue, paired with a crisp white background, and select imagery. The increase of high-resolution monitors allowed Martin to create a full width design. Taking the design all the way to the edges of the screen. This gave Tony’s myRealPage website a modern look and feel. Creating a strong first impression for visitors.

Tony’s goals were to educate buyers and sellers how he could help them. And provide easy access to important information from the home page. They created call-to-actions in the homepage banner and included featured properties on the homepage. Also including his latest solds and more calls-to-action further down the homepage.

Neighbourhood sections received updated map graphics. Along with direct links to pre-defined listings searches for those areas. Tying in to the goal of making it quick and easy for site visitors to find what they needed.
