Is there a setup fee?

Yes. But we do our best to make sure you get value from this set up fee. We will ensure your site is as you expected and do what it takes to make sure your first few days on myRealPage are fantastic!

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. It is our job to make sure you are happy and feel no need to lock you in.

If we are doing our job you'll never want to leave. So instead of locking you in, we work hard to make sure you never have to think about it.

So no contracts?

Nope. None.

Do you offer any discounted plans?

Yes, we offer 1 month free on an annual plan. If you want to pay for a full year you'll save some money.

Can I cancel my annual plan?

Not at this time. So we suggest if you are unsure whether you'd like to commit long term to start out monthly and then transition to annual with the help of one our customer service reps.

Is there a discount if I have multiple sites?

No. We feel our pricing is very fair relative to other options and as such we offer no discounts.

What other costs is there?

None. The price you see above is what you pay. No hosting fees, no fees for more listings, no fees for the SEO package…nothing. You get it all for one price.
