Very excited to launch a new beta feature our our Listings solution. We will now be showing Schools and Neighborhood info for all Canadian listings (we are working on bringing this feature to the US as well). The neighborhood info is part of the plan of going “hyper-local” which is especially important for real estate listings they they are all about location.  This feature is now available to both myRealPage Listings+Website and Listings-only subscribers in Canada.

As you may already know, myRealPage already automatically maps all your listings on Google Map, as well as automatically provides Google Street View, Google Earth and WalkScore (these features are automatic and include listing results in property searches).

We have now also added Opt-Out setting for globally disabling Schools and Neighborhood Places, as well as the ability to disable it for an individual listings, very similar to Google Street View opt-out:
